You can thank James for this single-celled orgasm of colour and shadow.  Well, let's be honest, you can thank me, and I'll pass on a gratified grunt to James.  But this is the first "strip" that James wrote all by himself, and I've slaved away for hours to bring it to life.  It was good practice.  Note the shadows.  Note the ears.  Note that Slopes is using an actual arm with hand attachment to read his book, and not some misshapen appendage like the last time we visited the couch.

All I can talk about at the moment is With Teeth.  But when I think about it, May is going to be an interesting month.  I just saw The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy yesterday, and I can safely say that it was okay.  All the bits I thought were going to be good didn't come off quite the way I expected - or were omitted entirely - and the bits I thought were going to be bad actually turned out really well: the Guide itself and Slartibartfast prominent among them.  Marvin, though, was exactly as I wanted him to be.

Well, technically that happened in April.  But in a few short weeks we'll be subjected to the final Star Wars atrocity, which I'm sure we'll all see anyway.  I consider these new Star Wars movies like porn.  Don't even bother taking in the storyline, just see it for the action.  Some of the action is gaudy or downright ugly, but there's some good stuff in there somewhere.  If we're to take the metaphor to it's extreme, I'd describe Episode 3 as having five hot chicks in it, rather than the usual one hot chick, and four scrubbers.  So really, well worth the illegal download.

And finally, towards the end of May, we have the E3 Expo, at which Blizzard had better announce Starcraft 2, or else I may be forced to add my name to a useless online petition.  And my name carries a fair bit of weight.  It's been known to drag a lot of things down.
